So, in the G-code have
S1
at the beginning and then M3 will turn on the Plasma, and M5 will turn it off.

Any text editor can be used. It is certainly worth trying that way to begin with, to see what the CAM software is doing.

ok we are trying sheetcam
What about variable height adjustment We have installed a switch that will be affected. in the film we run manually.

Can you elaborate a bit on how your THC works, they have many different types so it is impossible to tell you how to hook yours up until we know all about it.
