How do I connect a torch like AG60 / SG55 to my THCAD300?

Its nothing to do with the torch, just connect it to the raw arc voltage

Is this at the tip or outgoing connector in chassis?

I think I would try and mount it inside your plasma cutter. That way there are no lethal voltages leaving... BUu I think the 5v power supply needs to come from the control box.

That connection should be made as close as possible to the rectifier inside the plasma cutter, if it has no connector already.

Just now I do not know what Plasma cutter I will buy. But 50A will most likely do the jobs at hand and if I need to cut thicker material I will use O/A with Dillon to cut.

I am looking at one combined TIG / Plasma that has Piolotarc output, can I connect my THCAD300 to this?

Use real tiny Cables you only need the Voltige so no Amps are going over
and keep clear isolated to any other lines

Yes that I understand, but does this high-voltage input have sensitivity for for the pilot-arc voltage? I assume the Pilot-arc is already divided down?
