325V is more down to earth, but still i have suspicions that the burned lines on the board are not wired properly so it is reading more than it should.

If you start LinuxCNC from a terminal do you get any errors?but now my config tab is empty

I see on you first plot that arc voltage went up to 325V, is that what you see on a meter?

Did you download the file separately and copy it to the directory. It works fine here.

on the meter I don't pick up the peak , since it is to slow ....just when it is about 160V

Well that looks ok, how did you do your update?
You probably don't need to plot encoder input or encoder velocity, but you could plot Plasmac:arc-ok-out
If you get a long enough arc, make sure the arc voltage reads what your meter shows.
