Usually the DIN rail clips have an aluminum bar with standoffs like this

thanx JT, that looks to have the shorter spacing. I was considering adding another hole in the Hammond one or slotting the holes in the Toolenator 3000 PCB to make them work.

Sorry, been a bit busy the last couple days. I believe the DIN rail brackets are these:
www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Phoenix-Con...q%252bMl56tc5Xf07RfN
They take a #6 screw, if I'm not mistaken....

here's a CAD Toolenator 3000 PCBA as I build the BoM. The DIN rail clip doesn'
t fit the holes in the PCB, still looking for the proper one, this one is from Hammond.

thats great thanx. the others Im still having trouble with are the optoisolator exact part number, I have the family but cant seem to find a match for the 50-300% in the diagram Also the c1, c4,c5 and c6 capacitors are giving me trouble identifying the type. I have the rest identified.

I should be in the shop today or tomorrow, will see if I can ID those parts.

The optocoupler we have on the board is labeled FL 817C F511. Dale specified a Sharp PC817 on the schematic and anything similar will work.
C1 is a 1uF 6V (min) Tantalum
C4 is a 1uF 25V (min) Tantalum
C5 is a 470pF ceramic
C6 is a 0.002uF ceramic on the schematic (on the board we have a 332J)
Most of these we had laying around so I don't really have links to specific parts.
Hope this helps,
-Tom

Hi Tom,
attached is the costed BoM as of today. I haven't ordered anything yet. Could you look through it and see if anything is incorrect? I am an ME after all so I haven't ever really specified EE components before. I gave it the old college try though Tracking shows I will get the bare PCB's tomorrow.

Nicely done, looks correct to me. You left C4 blank, I assume you are just going to use 2 of C1?
