gscreen patch to go against current as of now master.
adds fullscreen (not maximize - all of it!) capability
adds an embedded terminal for call debugging programs.
adds an option to use aux coolant instead of mist or flood
this was requested by my only tester cncbasher, it requires one to connect HAL to gscreens coolant pins instead of linxcnc's
fixed save and save-as for gcode edits.
probably some other stuff

Cncbasher had a problem when first opening gscreen because of the preference file.
so here is a copy of a preference file if that happes.
name it '.gscreen_prefences' (without quotes, note the period) and put it in your home file.

just about to take the step now of configuring without axis , for the first time , so jumping without a safety net ! ( only figuratively thank god )
but all seems to fit in well , touch screen is working fine , no difficultys selecting etc .
now a machine on togglebutton , with colour change red / green so you can see status perhaps
needs to be i think on the right side under the estop , or perhaps top left next to status .
in a similar style to the estop and led i think would suit better

it's in git repo of my private computer.
If it proves worthwhile and functional I will incorporate in linuxcnc.
right now still experimenting, though it will run a standard machine.

I warn you - its still being developed and tested please test in a simulated config.
there are a couple hidden features that could move the machine unexpectedly.
