Left side more offset, not sure how big the machine is (also not sure how it is oriented), but seems like at least 2 or 3mm more offset on the left side.

Well, that's what I get for looking at it on my phone earlier hahaha, I didnt even notice it needed more offset, I thought he was showing he got it right.  Oops.

Am I losing it?  I swear that’s the pic I saw earlier haha.  I’ll Blame the editor for playing tricks on me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Luckily i was looking at it on a 32" monitor, otherwise ....

I did see the first pic and it was very close to perfect or perfect (hard to tell from a skewed pic), but then the second pic happened ...
To have it exactly, it does need to be checked on a much bigger area, i tend to use almost all the cutting area so when i get the diagonals to be within 1mm, i consider that "perfect".

You make a square and measure diagonals of that square, they must be equal.
While measuring diagonals, mind the side of the tape measure and the side of the square being measured, misplacing the tape measure will give incorrect results.
