in liks you posted this information, but do not understand how to assign a code G, to a valve
If in the HAL you had
net valve_1 motion.digital-out-00 => hm2_5i25.0.digital-out-00
Then a G-code line of M64 P0 would turn on the output pin to drive the valve, and M65 P0 would turn it off again.

I have started a tutorial on Classicladder, it is in the beginning stages but might help a tiny bit.

I understood that if you want to split the PLC program you have to use the multiple "section" into a ClassicLadder file.
What is the best practice ?

Perhaps this is the only possible solution.

Hopefuly this were I can start to "pay it forward", is your turret functioning as you would like yet or no?
Reason I ask is 2 things, one, I got a little lost reading through this thread, and two, I have my turret functioning as required on my cincinnatti milacron 10CC project (except for the turret jog pushbutton), and I can post my ladder files monday when I get into the shop. It is a 7 position 14 tool turret, ( each position has an OD tool and an ID tool on it) and I did it completely through ladder using the IO control pins provided for the tool change.
Let me know if this could be of any assistance.

It would be wonderful you shared your experience with me. Look had no experience or knowledge of linuxcnc, but I swear it's the best thing that happened to me professionally. I learned a lot without even having done my project completed.
I would like to ask if your turret also has hydraulic motor, and also clarify how you can set the turret identify what position?
Any help would be great.
As data, I document everything and then post my experience with this project.
thanks
Jorge.
