Clive,
It's been a while since I did this so maybe my memory is telling me the wrong thing. If you can't get it going, post the SheetCam job file and I will take a look tomorrow.

Big Thanks Phill. I thought I was going madder than I am. At least I found another bug which you have chased out of the system.
On another note I think I am on 2.9 and have been reading on the forum about mem. leaks should I be going back to 2.8 or just leave it alone.

Sorry Clive, this was all my fault, I cocked up a calculation. Note that now if you use a drilling operation you don't need a 'Centre Spot' tool, you can use any existing tool.
New PP is here
Notes are here

No worries Clive, I am good at breaking things...
TBH there is no good reason these days to be using master for PlasmaC.
Personally I use 2.8 and all the development work is done on 2.8.

Phill
Not sure what I am doing wrong but I still can not get it to centre spot without the drill
When you get the time would you mind looking at it ?

If it works with the drill then use that.

Just a quick tip for Plasmac in general, the delete button on the lower right side is in a bad position when removing warnings, just switching places with "new" should be less of a concern.
