That is better than mine as well, I get arund 100uS and there is not a great deal of diffrence between isolcpus=1,2,3 or isolcpus=2,3. There does appear to be slightly better graphic performanc with isolcpus=2,3

I am running headless over wifi, I wonder if that makes a difference.

If your plasma machine has arc ok or similar use mode 1 otherwise use mode 0.
Mode 2 is for external THC like a Prima or similar.
