For pin 1 and 9 you need the swich on the controller set to standard mpg to test them

Maybe controller version is different, I got May 2023... how do you make your tests? Are you louking at remora input or nvmpg inputs in halshow? I use the connector that came with the controller and screw a wire in pin 10 (com ground) and touch the other pins with the other end of the wire, the checked the remora.input.xx

My controllers are from multiple batches. Watching remora.input in Halshow. I have the other pins working and yes I'm using the same testing methodology as you. I will try another controller when I get the opportunity.
Thanks for the replies.

I found an extra blank line in the config file I uploaded, not sure if it's what's causing your problem, I replaced it in my original post.
If you want to make more tests, here's the pins that are used in the github config file. Every other pins can be tested.

Yeah thanks for that, I had already tested the range that had not yet been assigned but got no results. I may have bad hardware.

Ok, combination of bad hardware and configs failing to load to the board correctly. Tested your config on a third EC500 and can confirm it is working.
The main EC500 I've been testing on simply has dead pins, I was never going to be able to find them with it. (the oldest board I have, has been through a lot). The second one I killed due to a messy test bench setup and user error.
Had a couple of strange issues with the config not fully overwriting the old one but a full chip erase with pyocd and firmware reflash got it all working as it should.
Thank you for your efforts

Can you help me with this doubt? With the modified stlink, can I write the Firmware directly through CubeIDE?
