What´s next? Configuring a ethernet wired connection with the IP 192.168.1.121?

That (192.168.178.32) is not a valid host IP address either with a /24 netmask
only the last digit should change so 192.168.1.100 for example.

Yes that should work, also you should disable ipv6
in the network manager eth0 setup

Maybe I skipped this part last time i was updating mesaflash, but i get an fatal error?
it says: fatal path mesaflash already existing and is not empty
