I just noticed a scaling error in the gcode you sent.

I normally use metric.

Try this one and could you send me a copy of the gcode it produces so I can compare it.

The tracking tolerance is fixed meaning it won't cut sharp corners off now.
I think it is reporting cut length wrong but I can't check because my computer has decided to update itself. That won't cause cut problems though.

oh ok i see
I did notice I was cutting the same design but bigger last one one was 6 inch circle and the new one was 8 inch circle and when it was doing the last cut which is the outside half way through the circle the z axis moved up like about an inch above material which didn't cut the material just scored it so i checked the proma and the voltage was set the same as the previous one 82V and it did it again half through the Z axis moved up but these time the score was enough to make cut through. Would it be something with the gcode?

And it doesnt like the lead out either I am guessing the axis doesnt. Cause I changed the the code just to lead in only no lead out and I didnt have the arc error anymore.

A quick look at the GCode doesn't show anything that would cause it.

I wouln't have thought that a lead out would cause any problems, could you post some code that has a lead out and causes the problem.
