That doesn't make sense, the torch goes from 2" above the slats down to the slats and the DRO goes from 0 to -0.0254?

-0.0254 sounds like a metric conversion...

I don't know, you didn't answer the last question...

When the torch is home does the DRO read 0.000 and is it 2" above the slats?

When you do a continuous jog down until it stops does the DRO read -0.025 and does the torch end up just below the slats?

Ok I homed the machine and hit the touch off then I jogged the machine down to where it stops and the dro reading is -2.0510 and it’s right on the slats
