With the air scribe,
I cannot find setp plasmac.multi-tool 0 in my <MACHINE_NAME>_connections.hal.

I will make the hostmot edit and change the spindles back to 2 and see what happens

Darren,
In hindsight, I think this issue is why you had to set SPINDLES = 1 in the TRAJ section of the HAL file and had problems with the air-scribe part of connections.hal

It looks like the issue is causing the Configurator to quit without finishing and causing a bit of havoc...

Ok with the scribe,
The sheetcam file you sent me, The torch is being used when I have run the code instead of the scribe.
If I manually run M3 $1 S0, I can not longer jog the machine but then when I run the program the machine starts moving again and the torch goes to cut out the scribed part.

YES, that is from the temporary fix I pushed yesterday morning. I am almost done and will push an update that should fix everything soon.

I have pushed an update which should fix all the latest issues that I caused.
Edit: I haven't done any docs for the Pierce Only mode yet.
