Clear diskspace can work with sudo apt-get autoclean or even clean.

There must be an ini there... well 2 of them, the original and the one created by the configurator for PlasmaC.

Agree, but why should the one in plasmaC folder be corrupt as it reads the installed base.
Creating backup img just now, will try to get card expanded. With 4GB I come nowhere

Made image copy but now I can not write that 32G cardcopy to a new 32GµSD

You can use clonezilla for that, it has a setting for exactly that under the advanced settings, but it will warn that the end result might not work properly.
Most of the time it did work for me, but if there is data stored at the end of the storage, it might fail.
Or use gparted on another PC to shrink the end of the storage.

Tried to allocate max on another µSD with Gparted but still to small.
img = 29.2 and SD is 28.9
So I need 64GB µSD to be safe with my functioning µSD (I hope)
To shrink I can do when I have a running copy in my hand.
