Try changing these in the Config Panel:
Probe Speed 400
Probe Height 40
Safe Height 40
Setup Speed 2000

You can sort this out doing a G54 touchoff.
I have 86mm travel so I went to the top of travel and touched off the Z axis at 86mm and I've never touched it for years. That means that it is 0.0 at the bottom of travel

Looks as it works now. Need to do some maintenance as all 4 screws holding the stepper where ripped out LOL Made some errors obviously.
Problem must be the fixed value 40 of feedrate in Run Panel.
Where do I set Safe Height?

Happy too early, now its the same as before Z stand still when it should go down and touch off and start cutting.

Did you change all the settings I posted. When I changed them to that here it worked fine. You then need to save them.
