Try changing these in the Config Panel:
Probe Speed 400
Probe Height 40
Safe Height 40
Setup Speed 2000

You can sort this out doing a G54 touchoff.
I have 86mm travel so I went to the top of travel and touched off the Z axis at 86mm and I've never touched it for years. That means that it is 0.0 at the bottom of travel

Pling.............................................. G54

Looks as it works now. Need to do some maintenance as all 4 screws holding the stepper where ripped out LOL Made some errors obviously.

Problem must be the fixed value 40 of feedrate in Run Panel.

Where do I set Safe Height?

Did you change all the settings I posted. When I changed them to that here it worked fine. You then need to save them.
