You're welcome, and thank you for the kind words as well.
No need to feel like a problem child, I am always happy when bugs are found and squished.
I can only speak for myself, but I definitely felt that way in the beginning too. It goes away eventually, keep asking questions and learning.

Downloaded the latest version last night.
Everything is working a treat. Thanks Guys for all the amazing work.
I'll continue to push on with improving the machine and finding more parts of QtPlasmac that I haven't used yet.
Cheers

Everything has been going great since the last update.
A few tweeks here and there to provide better cuts, still a few little things to go and i dare say this CNC plasma may be done.
A THCAD has been ordered to add ohmic sensing, this will be a great upgrade as I cut a lot of thin material for signs.
In the last week I must have changed something, somewhere, as I am now getting a error. (safe traverse height has been reduced).
All settings in qtplasmac and sheet cam have this set at 30. so not sure what has caused it or why it suddenly popped up. I do know that everything I have read and tried doesn't fix it.

It this warning is happening during a cut it usually means that the sheet buckled enough to decrease the available safety height.

No Phil,
It happens between moves, No sheet buckling.
Z axis has 15mm up and 150mm down. nothing interfering. good probe, good height control.
